What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

Opie Manufacturing Group Pty Limited ACN 003 951 will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
Privacy Terms & Conditions
The Customer agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy of OMG and understands that this Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions and invokes the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy of this Privacy Policy is available on request.
The Customer authorises OMG to obtain from a credit-reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about the Customer in order to enable OMG to assess the credit application or to review any existing credit provided by OMG.
The Customer authorises OMG to exchange information about the Customer with other Group Companies.
The Customer authorises OMG to exchange information about the Customer with those credit providers named in the Application for Credit account or named in a consumer credit report issued by a reporting agency for any of the following purposes:

- To assess an application by the Customer.
- To notify other credit providers of a default by the Customer.
- To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where the Customer is in default with other credit providers.
- To assess the creditworthiness of Customer.
- The Customer agrees that personal information provided may be used and retained by OMG for the following purposes and for other purposes as agreed between the Customer and OMG or required by law from time to time:Marketing of further goods or products by OMG, its agents or distributors;
- Analysing, verifying and/or checking the Customer’s credit, payment and/or status in relation to provision of the Goods;
- Processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by the Customer; and/or
- Enabling the daily operation of the Customer’s account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in the Customer’s account in relation to the Goods.
- OMG may give information about the Customer to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
- To obtain a consumer credit report about the Customer.
- To allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about the Customer.
- The Customer acknowledges that OMG’s website may be hosted, or some data may be stored overseas for reasons of uniformity between Group Companies. All information derived from Australia will still be treated in accordance with OMG’s Privacy Policy while being stored overseas
